These terms explain how NeonBet promotions and bonus balances work. They supplement the general Terms of Use. The specific offer shown in Wallet or on the promotion page controls its eligibility, dates, amounts and wagering conditions; account-specific details take precedence where an offer states them.
Promotions may be limited by account, campaign period, deposit history, location or other criteria displayed with the offer. An offer may require you to opt in before a deposit or complete a stated action. Check the current offer before participating; a previous campaign description does not reserve or guarantee a future reward.
The welcome bonus is credited to an eligible new account under the settings displayed at registration. The current default is 10 USDT with a 15× wagering requirement and NeonBet Originals-only play while active. Deposit-match campaigns must be selected in Wallet before the deposit is confirmed. The percentage, maximum bonus, minimum deposit and number of remaining stages appear with the current offer. Deposits already confirmed without opting in cannot be credited retroactively.
A wagering requirement is the qualifying stake that must be completed before the associated bonus balance is released. The multiplier and remaining amount are displayed in Wallet; they vary by promotion. Deposited principal and bonus funds can have separate wagering treatment. Only eligible games and qualifying stakes count, and game contribution or minimum-odds rules may apply as stated with the offer.

Lossback is based on eligible real-balance activity and can be claimed only when the relevant period is closed and the account meets the displayed conditions. Referral commission is based on eligible net losses by referred players at the rate configured for the programme. Pending referral rewards and claim timing are shown in Account → Referrals.
